Group General Manager, Service Delivery
Steve Richards, BSc, Grad Dip Mgmt,

Steve has 25 years management experience in resource recovery industries, logistics, recycling and resource management.

Steve is responsible for resource recovery, our Waste and Recycling centres, landfills, collection operations and recycling facilities across the WSN Environmental Solutions network.

Steve brings to WSN a wealth of experience and understanding of recycling and resource management throughout Australia and overseas. He has held a number of senior management positions at Visy Recycling and within the transport and forestry industries.

He has held a number of industry and government board roles predominantly in the resource recovery area.

General Manager, Strategy & Business Development
Charles Munro, BSc(Engineering), MBusAdmin

Commencing with WSN in September 2000, Charles is responsible for the overall management of the Strategy and Business Development team. Charles' role is to provide strategic leadership to business development, new market and product development activities.

Charles draws on extensive commercial and operational experience from a wide range of industries to identify new resource streams that deliver highest net resource value from waste.

General Manager, Sales & Marketing
Geoff Gerard

Geoff has over 25 years waste management experience in the industrial and commercial sectors, developing an extensive knowledge of innovative waste management solutions.

Responsible for business development, customer service and branding, Geoff brings to the organisation a customer focused ethic and commercial knowledge that will ensure WSN Environmental Solutions is flexible to the needs of its customers.

Prior to joining WSN Environmental Solutions, Geoff has worked with Visy Recycling across a number of divisions and Cleanaway.

Director, Marketing & Communications
Catherine Johnson, BA(Comms)

Catherine has been with WSN since 2003 and has over 20 years experience in strategic communications, marketing and change management across industries that include resource recovery and sustainability, building materials and property development, financial services, media and advertising.

Catherine is responsible for delivering an integrated approach to WSN's communications strategy and management, which includes: government relations, community relations, media relations, education, customer service, marketing and communications.

Leading the rebranding strategy for WSN, Catherine has helped build the organisation’s reputation as a leader in sustainability, deliver a more customer centric culture and promote a responsible approach to waste management.

Chief Financial Officer
David Lambe BA(Acc), CPA
David has extensive finance and commercial experience across a broad industrial background covering public accounting, medical and consumer products, and industrial lighting at a senior management level. This includes a strong knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region having spent a number of years in Japan.
