Plastic Takeaway Containers

Some take away containers are recyclable, however many are not.

What to do with:

• Rinse containers to remove all food scraps
• Contact your local council to check that they accept take away containers in the recycling
• If your local council does not accept take away containers, place all containers in your general or mixed waste bin
• If council accepts take away containers, put clean containers in your recycle bin.
